Best korean food around. Highly recommend spicy chicken katsu, turnip soup and kalbi.

We ordered the meat jun and spicy bbq pork entrees. I was very impressed by the taste and tenderness of both dishes. Every bite was so good. We don’t have meat jun back here in the Bay Area so my wife found this spot. I’m glad we are here. The atmosphere felt a little outdated, but the food more than made up for it. The servers were all friendly and attentive.

Always a favorite! Food is super tasty. Sides are fresh. Staff is awesome. Parking is free. Location is great.

The food is great!! The service could use some improvement. The food took awhile to get to us, but they did fore warn us that the food is taking awhile to come out.

Best Korean food ever, whenever I'm home we go and eat . Kalbi ribs my favorite. The Turnip soup is da best. If your ever in the Aikahi shopping center, by the Kaneohe Marine Corps Air Station, Stop by the Willow Tree you'll love it.

The quality doesn't match up with the asking price. The food was okay, but charging $17 for a lunch plate leaves me with expectations. That's a premium price, but a mediocre product.I came for a lunch combo plate. The meat jun had poorly seasoned egg wash and wasn't cooked through. The spicy pork was okay, and the mandoo looked quite attractive. Not a lot of kim chee.

Very busy place. Foods was excellent and hot (temperature) too. Just the right portions.

Food was delicious! The service was kind of slow and the place needs some updating but overall it was a delicious meal. I got the Big Bin Bap and my husband got the spicy pork.

Awesome little Korean mom and shop outside the marine Corp base in Kaneohe Bay. Inside is cozy and comfortable. Service is nice and swift with very affordable prices. Food tastes great and there are plenty of authentic Korean foods to choose from. Parking is a bit convoluted and since it shares the shopping center parking lot. Will be back and I definitely recommend.

Best Korean restaurant on the island probably, quality Kalbi beef, spicy bbq pork, shoyu chicken, vegetarian, kimchee, vegetable spreads and much more, everything I ordered was excellent, TRIED all listed above, can't go wrong here, a local friend told me about this place.

Great food!

Love this place! Get bbq chicken, spicy katsu, beef bulgogi, kalbi beef or just try the turnip soup and you can't go wrong. It's got the old mom and pop restaurant feel so don't let the old furniture or small seating area turn you around.. it's worth the wait!

The portions are big but the food quality is sub par. The meat jun was under cooked and still had uncooked flour (which can cause food poisoning). I don’t remember the first dish I had at this place a month ago but it wasn’t very good either. This place also doesn’t accommodate parties larger than 4. My family and I had 6 and we had to sit across the section and horizontal from each other. The workers were nice and quick.

Standard Korean food. Really enjoyed the spicy bbq pork and side dish kimchi. A little pricey for dinner. Keep in mind, you will pay for everything, including extra sides, that are normally free unlimited at other family style Korean places. Lunch combos are much more worth the dollar price.

The food is quality and consistent. Attentive service. Love the lunch combo for 14.95 3 meats or entree sections plus turnip soup if eating in restaurant otherwise rice, homemade kim chee and comes with salad, vegetables or mac salad. I love many of the selections so hard to choose 3, better to eat with others so you can sample their plates if willing. Often a line at prime time but they also do carry out...love kalbi, all the juhns meat or fish, bbq, shoyu or spicy chicken, mandoo, long rice or jahp sun, good comfort food...homemade to order...enjoy..this place has lasted over 30 years in Kailua near rear marine base entrance in shopping center...that tells you alot ...

A delicious Korean restaurant with a nice homey feel. Generous sized portions and the ability to make your own custom combo was great! Delicious food for a reasonable price. It's walk in only with no reservations so you may need to wait; it does it quite busy as it is a smaller restaurant but worth the wait.

Great service and food! Be prepared for great portions, and a multitude of pickled items, a light soup, and rice with every meal. The willow tree combo had a little bit of everything, and definitely could be split

We have been eating here for years. Good Korean food, and good service

Really great local Korean BBQ place. We came here after a long day in the sun and this place had AC and the server immediately brought cold waters. The staff here is really nice and friendly. They have a lot of the same American Korean traditional entrees such as Bulgogi and short ribs, mahi mahi or black cod. We really enjoyed eating here and food was served fairly quickly.

Came here for lunch. As a Korean-American, gotta say the kalbi here is LEGIT!
